The challenge: Could AI help build solutions that give assets memory? PBT needed to test whether the idea was real enough, sharp enough, and valuable enough to back.
What we built: Twelve-week Co-Create — refined hypothesis, domain-specialised models, cited retrieval, workflows for handover and maintenance, enterprise-grade architecture with customer IP ownership.
The outcome: PBT capitalised Asset Memory as a venture and recruited Seen team members into the product organisation. From broad question to live, capitalised company.
